I have model 8P – 12 CRISEPS. When I turn the unit on the temperature stays at 30 I can get it to go down to 25 but I can’t go up past 30. I cleaned the filters good but it didn’t help.

The unit is not cooling and I have noticed that the air IN and coming out of the vent hose is NOT hot... not even what I would call warm.

I have an AP 12CR1SEPS and the temperature indicator stays on 80 degrees when unit is on. I can set temperature at a lower setting but the unit will stay in cooling mode and will continue to run without cycling off, I can set the unit above 80 degrees and only then will cycle on and off. Any help on this would be greatly appreciated.
