Contacting your Facebook friends, without having to have to sign up to Facebook.... possible only by moving Facebook and social media to a blockchain. One that is scalable enough so that the usage fees are small enough no matter the volume such that the Social media can afford to cover the costs for the users. IF Facebook db was moved to BSV, for instance, and Meta paid the fees for everyones use of the platform (the web/mobile app loading and writing data to the blockchain) then they would be justified to monetize users personal data. They are paying for the data usage fees after all. AND importantly, users who don't want to use their application, can still write their OWN to access people on the social network, and avoid Meta grabbing and using their data, at the cost of having to pay for the blockchain fees themselves for the data access.

One of the main themes that has emerged in the last 4 years is how and where we connect. This shows up in the workplace, our various communities, social media, our families, and more. We are moving away from structures that dictated how we connect (offices, advertising, hotels, algorithms, etc.) into new models (shared economy, blockchain, remote work, creator economy, etc). Like most people online, I have been pulled to the algorithms on social media. When you step back you can start to see the matrix. There are new structures coming that will change how we live, work, travel, and connect with one another. Take the time to watch this video.
